ENERGY, MADE SIMPLE

Power. Beyond the grid.

Size your backup. From your phone to essential circuits, identify a solution compatible with your plan.

Energy at home during a power outage

Power bank

For phones and small USB devices. Start with one 20,000 mAh power bank per person and adapt to actual needs. For longer periods, plan a recharging source. Usable capacity varies.

Portable power station

For some low-power appliances. Compare Wh, continuous and peak output. Check connections and runtime with the manufacturer.

Home battery + solar

For essential home circuits, professionally designed and installed. Solar panels alone do not guarantee electricity during an outage. Compatible backup equipment is required.

Understand consumption before choosing.

Energy (Wh) = power (W) × hours. These examples are illustrative; use your appliance’s specifications. Startup, efficiency, temperature and usage change runtime.

Fridge · example: 100 W × 8 operating hours = 800 Wh/day. The compressor cycles and may need high starting power.

Router · example: 10 W × 24 h = 240 Wh/day. The provider’s network must also be operating.

LED light · example: 8 W × 5 h = 40 Wh/day. Prefer torches to candles.

Medical equipment · use actual power and operating time. Arrange a safe backup with your care team; do not rely solely on a battery estimate.

Fuel-burning camp stoves and generators: outdoors only, away from doors, windows and air intakes. Never inside homes, tents or garages, even with ventilation.
